WebGuruz Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Project Manager to lead our digital marketing team and manage end-to-end client projects. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise across all digital marketing channels, exceptional client management skills, and proven experience in leading high-performing teams within a digital marketing agency.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee end-to-end digital marketing projects for domestic and international clients.
- Lead cross-functional teams including SEO, PPC, Social Media, Content, ORM, Email Marketing, and Web Development.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and long-term success.
- Develop project timelines, allocate resources, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery.
- Conduct regular client meetings, strategy discussions, and performance reviews.
- Monitor campaign performance and work with teams to achieve business objectives and KPIs.
- Identify project risks, resolve issues proactively, and ensure smooth project execution.
- Mentor, motivate, and manage digital marketing professionals while maintaining team productivity.




- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to improve workflows and operational efficiency.
- Prepare project reports, campaign insights, and recommendations for management.

Required Skills

- 8+ years of experience in Digital Marketing with prior experience as a Project Manager or Digital Marketing Manager.
- Robust knowledge of SEO, Google Ads (PPC), Meta Ads, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, Google Analytics, and Digital Strategy.
- Proven experience handling multiple client accounts in a digital marketing agency.
- Excellent client success, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience in a Digital Marketing Agency is mandatory.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Blueprint, or HubSpot are a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
