Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HVAC Design Engineer with 10–15 years of expertise in HVAC system design for industrial, commercial, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, data centre, and high-rise building projects. The candidate should be capable of independently handling complete HVAC design engineering activities from concept to detailed design.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare HVAC system designs, calculations, and design reports.
- Perform Heat Load Calculations using HAP/Trace or equivalent software.
- Design Chilled Water Systems, VRF, DX, Ventilation, and Exhaust Systems.
- Prepare equipment selection and technical specifications.
- Develop HVAC layouts, duct sizing, piping layouts, and plant room designs.
- Coordinate with Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, ELV, Structural, and Architectural teams.
- Review vendor drawings and technical submittals.
- Ensure compliance with ASHRAE, NBC, SMACNA, IS Standards,



and client specifications.
- Attend client meetings, technical discussions, and design coordination meetings.
- Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and designers.

Required Skills

- Solid knowledge of HVAC Design Engineering.
- Expertise in Heat Load Calculations and Equipment Selection.
- Hands-on experience in AutoCAD and Revit MEP.
- Familiarity with HAP, Trace 700, or equivalent HVAC calculation software.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to independently manage multiple projects.

Qualification

- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- Relevant certifications in HVAC Design will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
