Job Title: Beverage Mixologist (Mocktails, Tea & Coffee)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and creative Non-Alcoholic Mixologist specializing in mocktails, tea, and coffee beverages. The candidate should have a passion for crafting refreshing drinks and delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve a variety of mocktails, shakes, fresh juices, tea, and coffee
- Create new and innovative beverage recipes and seasonal menus
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the beverage station
- Manage inventory of ingredients like syrups, fruits, tea, coffee, etc.
- Interact with customers and recommend beverages based on preferences
- Ensure proper use of equipment like coffee machines, blenders, etc.
- Control wastage and maintain cost efficiency





Requirements:

- 1–2 years experience in beverages / café / juice bar / QSR
- Knowledge of tea brewing, coffee making (espresso, cappuccino, latte), and mocktail preparation
- Good communication and customer handling skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards
- Flexible for shifts and weekend work

Preferred Skills:

- Latte art or specialty tea knowledge
- Creative presentation and garnishing skills
- Basic understanding of café operations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
