Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelor's Degree (Any Graduate)
- 2–3 years of experience in Gold Appraisal, Valuation, Gold Loan Operations, or Branch Operations
- Experience in customer handling and branch-level business management
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license mandatory
- Fluency in the local language and working knowledge of English

Key Responsibilities

- Perform accurate gold appraisal and valuation, including proper stone deduction and purity assessment.
- Ensure adherence to KYC norms, customer onboarding processes, and company compliance standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams for loan approvals, processing, and disbursements.




- Manage daily branch operations, documentation, audit readiness, and customer service activities.
- Handle customer queries and provide timely resolutions throughout the loan lifecycle.
- Act as the branch point of contact and support branch performance objectives.
- Generate business through customer acquisition, renewals, referrals, and relationship management.
- Execute local marketing and field activities to increase brand visibility and lead generation.
- Maintain operational efficiency, cash handling accuracy, and compliance with company policies.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
