About the Role

Adii Vastu is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, supervising, and executing construction projects while ensuring quality, safety, and timely project completion. The role requires close coordination with architects, consultants, contractors, and clients to deliver high-quality residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, design, and execute civil engineering projects.
- Prepare site layouts, technical drawings, BOQs, estimates, and project documentation.
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities and monitor site progress.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Ensure construction work complies with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues during execution.
- Prepare project reports, progress updates, and documentation.
- Ensure projects are completed within the specified timeline and budget.

Required Qualifications

- B.E.



/ B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 2–5 years of experience in civil engineering, construction, or site execution.
- Strong understanding of RCC structures, steel structures, and construction methodologies.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
- Knowledge of construction materials, site practices, and quality control procedures.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills

- Excellent project coordination and site management skills.
- Strong planning and organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of BOQ preparation, estimation, billing, and project scheduling.
- Familiarity with Indian construction standards and building regulations.
