Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital outreach.
- Prospect and engage potential clients to understand their business needs.
- Present and explain the company's financial and compliance consulting services.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings (virtual and in-person).
- Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in the CRM.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales or business development (experience in consulting, financial services, or compliance services is preferred).




- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Robust client acquisition and closing abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
