Job Description: Senior Flutter Developer

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Flutter Developer to join our team. As a Senior Flutter Developer, you will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining high-performance mobile applications using Flutter and Dart while leading technical implementations and mentoring junior developers.

Responsibilities:

- Develop, maintain, and optimize mobile applications using Flutter and Dart programming languages
- Lead end-to-end mobile application development and deployment processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features
- Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into clean, scalable, and high-quality code
- Ensure the performance, quality, security, and responsiveness of mobile applications
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve application bottlenecks and bugs
- Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services effectively
- Maintain code quality, reusable components, organization, and automation processes
- Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior developers
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends in mobile application development

Requirements:





- 3 to 5 years of experience in mobile application development using Flutter and Dart
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming concepts and software design patterns
- Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and backend integrations
- Experience working with third-party libraries, APIs, and Firebase services
- Strong understanding of the complete mobile application development lifecycle
- Experience in app deployment to Google Play Store and Apple App Store
- Familiarity with state management solutions such as Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, or GetX
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments
- Excellent debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to mentor junior developers and work collaboratively within teams
- A strong portfolio of Flutter applications/projects is preferred
