Position Overview
Manage projects valued between ₹50 Lakhs and ₹10 Crores. Report to Director and lead Site Engineers, Architects, Procurement Teams, Vendors, Supervisors, and Consultants.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end project planning and execution
- Client communication and stakeholder management
- Budget monitoring and cost control
- Procurement and vendor management
- Site execution control and quality assurance
- Team leadership and coordination
- Timeline management using MS Project
- Billing & payment supervision
- Daily Progress Report (DPR)
review and reporting
- Risk management and issue resolution
- Snag closure and final project handover
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (Preferred)
- PMP Certification (Preferred)
- MBA (Preferred)
