Senior Content Writer – BPO Industry

Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Content Writer with strong expertise in the BPO/ITES industry to lead content strategy, create high-quality thought leadership assets, and support marketing and sales through impactful storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and execute the content strategy aligned with BPO industry themes (CX, automation, collections, compliance, etc.)
- Write and edit blogs, case studies, whitepapers, website content, social posts, and press releases
- Develop thought leadership content tailored for senior decision-makers
- Convert technical/operational insights into strong business value messaging
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, delivery, and design teams for campaign support
- Optimize content for SEO and track performance using analytics tools

Eligibility Criteria:

- Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing,



or related field
- 8+ years of experience in content writing (BPO/ITES/technology preferred)
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills with business English expertise
- Strong understanding of BPO industry trends and outsourcing models
- Experience writing for leadership-level audiences
- Good SEO knowledge and familiarity with digital content best practices
- Added advantage: experience with HubSpot/Marketo, video scripts, or webinars
