Designation - Production Engineer

Profile:-

Experience 3+years as Production Engineer

Responsible for all Production related activities in company

Ready to work in alternates shifts (Morning and Noon)

Plan one day before, as per priority given by planning department, with respect to material, man power & equipments required

Execute the plan as per priority & man power available

Responsible for 100% accountability of workmen as per norms

Ensure to follow the process flow chart & Work instruction at each stage

Take the material indent wise counting

Responsible to do rework or repair as per QA

Responsible for doing entries in software/ hardcopy immediately

Responsible & Accountable for maximum utilization of man, machine, material & method

Documentation as per ISO 9001





Responsible & accountable for WIP stock & record it daily

Keeping abreast of advancements in engineering and production, and sharing knowledge with co-workers

Drawing up production schedules and budgets for projects

Supervise sub-contractors

Work Location - Vasai Road, Mumbai (Western Line) (Pick & Drop Available from Station)

Education - Degree/Diploma in mechanical engineering
