We are looking for energetic and ambitious MBA graduates to join our Partner & Alliances team as Partner Engagement Specialists. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers to build a career in strategic partnerships, channel management, business development, and enterprise technology.

In this role, you will work closely with global partners, sales teams, marketing teams, and business leaders to support partner programs, drive engagement initiatives, and contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the onboarding and enablement of current partners.
- Coordinate partner communications and engagement activities.
- Assist in organizing partner training sessions, webinars, and events.
- Work with sales and marketing teams to support joint go-to-market initiatives.




- Maintain partner records, opportunities, and activities in CRM systems.
- Track partner performance metrics and prepare reports and presentations.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify partnership opportunities.
- Support alliance managers in managing partner relationships and business reviews.
- Assist in creating partner-facing presentations, reports, and program updates.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
