Educational Qualification:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.

Key Skills Required:

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, dashboards, reporting).
- Familiarity with project management tools (MS Project, Trello, Asana, or similar).
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage timelines, track deliverables, and prepare reports.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Data Management: Maintain project trackers, update progress sheets, and generate MIS reports.
- Project Documentation: Prepare meeting notes, status reports, and ensure proper filing of project records.
- Task Allocation: Plan, schedule and allocate tasks to the team. Monitor deadlines, and following up with teams.
- Reporting: Create dashboards and weekly reports for management review.
- Communication Support:



Coordinate between internal teams and external stakeholders for smooth project execution.
- Process Improvement: Suggest efficiency improvements using Excel automation and project tools.
