We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Associate to drive business growth by identifying and engaging potential clients across global markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of B2B software sales, excellent communication and relationship-building skills, and the ability to manage the complete sales cycle. This role requires a consultative approach to selling IT services and software solutions while collaborating closely with internal technical teams to deliver value-driven solutions to clients. The Business Development Associate will be responsible for generating qualified sales opportunities, nurturing client relationships, presenting tailored software solutions, negotiating commercial terms, and contributing to the company's revenue growth. Success in this role requires a combination of strategic prospecting, consultative selling, and effective cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities





- Generate qualified sales pipelines through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, cold outreach, referrals, and networking.
- Identify and qualify prospective global clients.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand business needs and pain points.
- Present IT products and software solutions to technical and business stakeholders.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Negotiate contracts and commercial terms with clients.
- Collaborate with software development and delivery teams to ensure solution alignment.
- Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline updates in CRM.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
