Job Description – Brand Solutions Strategist Intern

We're looking for a Brand Solutions Strategist Intern who is passionate about branding, marketing, and social media. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn how business challenges are transformed into impactful brand and campaign strategies while working closely with experienced strategists, clients, and creative teams.

Location: Pune

Key Responsibilities

- Support the strategy team in understanding and decoding client briefs.
- Assist in developing brand positioning, communication frameworks, and campaign ideas.
- Conduct market, consumer, competitor, and social media research to gather meaningful insights.
- Assist in creating social media content strategies, campaign ideas, and content calendars.
- Monitor social media trends, viral content, and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
- Help prepare creative briefs, presentations, and strategy documents.
- Collaborate with creative, social media, and marketing teams on ongoing projects.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions for campaigns, pitches, and brand initiatives.
- Track campaign and social media performance and assist in preparing reports with key learnings.




- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing, branding, and social media trends.

What You Need

- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, Advertising, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Internship or project experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, branding, or content strategy is preferred.
- Basic understanding of branding, content strategy, social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X), and digital marketing concepts.
- Familiarity with social media analytics and content performance metrics is a plus.
- Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to present ideas clearly and collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Slides, Microsoft Excel, and Canva is an added advantage.
- Creative mindset, curiosity, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn in a rapid-paced agency environment.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month
