Shift & Working Days
Shift: Night Shift (10:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Weekends Off: Saturday & Sunday
Eligibility
✔ Undergraduates & Graduates are welcome to apply.
✔ Freshers are highly encouraged to apply.
✔ Candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience may also apply.
✔ Age: 18–40 years.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers in the USA.
- Generate qualified leads for the ELD campaign.
- Introduce company services professionally and build customer interest.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Work closely with the team to achieve campaign goals.
Required Skills
- Excellent English communication skills (Mandatory).
- Hindi communication skills (Preferred).
- Punjabi language skills will be an added advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in the night shift.
