What You'll Do

- Build out and execute on the community vision together with internal and external stakeholders.

- Drives technical design and culture across their function, contributing to organization-wide technical decision-making and strategy.

- Involved in setting the vision and path for the platform more broadly.

- Represent us in the developer community and help to build a welcoming, inclusive, and supportive community setting for members from a variety of backgrounds.





- Requires in-depth knowledge not only of the platform product area but also of overall business strategies and company goals. Routinely has org- to industry-level impact. Trains others in technical and communication skill development.

- Develop and execute on timelines, deliverables, and reporting for your goals to drive success against team goals.

What you should have

- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science or any related field.

- 0-3 years of experience with Backend System Design, Scaling & Reliability.

- Experience with one or more programming languages (Go, Java, Python).
