Compensation & BenefitsCompensation

- Fixed CTC: ₹4.5 LPA
- Retention Bonus: ₹50,000 (₹25,000 paid every 6 months)

Probation Details

- Probation Period: 3 Months
- Stipend During Probation: ₹20,000 per month
- Confirmation is subject to successful completion of probation and post-graduation (whichever is later).

Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Mentorship

- Deliver classroom sessions on Computer Science subjects as per the academic schedule.
- Guide students in coding assignments, projects, and live problem-solving sessions.
- Build expertise in 2–3 core Computer Science subjects.
- Evaluate assignments and provide constructive, actionable feedback.

Student Mentorship

- Mentor and guide a cohort of 25–30 students.
- Monitor students' academic performance and overall development.
- Identify students requiring additional support and provide timely interventions.
- Conduct regular mentoring and growth coaching sessions.

Classroom Management

- Ensure discipline, attendance, punctuality, and active participation in the classroom.
- Create an engaging,



inclusive, and positive learning environment.
- Coordinate with the academic team to ensure smooth course delivery.

Required Skills

- Strong fundamentals in Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA).
- Proficiency in at least one programming language such as C, C++, Java, or Python.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Passion for teaching, mentoring, and student development.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Prior teaching experience is not mandatory.

Working Schedule

- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Working Hours: 8:45 AM – 6:15 PM

Additional Information

- Notice Period: 3 Months
- Employees are expected to complete their academic responsibilities before separation during an ongoing semester.
