SYG Sell Your Gadget LLP is hiring a Purchase Lead Coordinator for our office at A-38, Ganesh Nagar, New Delhi.

You will speak with customers who have already contacted us to sell their cameras or photography equipment, collect their product details and follow up with interested leads.

Responsibilities

- Make around 30–40 customer calls daily
- Speak politely with customer enquiries
- Collect product and condition details
- Follow up with interested customers
- Update lead status in the system
- Coordinate with the purchase and pickup team
- Maintain a simple daily calling report

Who Can Apply?

- Good communication in Hindi and English
- Basic computer and WhatsApp knowledge
- Polite, confident and organised
- Freshers can also apply
- Calling or customer-service experience is preferred

Salary and Incentives

- ₹20,000–₹25,000 per month
- Additional performance incentive
- Additional lead-closure incentive
- No sales targets
