Overview

We are looking for an experienced TOSCA Test Automation Engineer to join our Testing Center of Excellence (TCoE). The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Tricentis TOSCA Test Automation and experience in developing scalable automation frameworks for enterprise applications.

The engineer will work closely with the TCoE team, enabling automation initiatives across core banking and enterprise applications including TSYS, Finacle, UBO, and Web Portals. The role involves designing, developing, maintaining, and executing automation test packs while mentoring team members and ensuring quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Tricentis TOSCA.
Build reusable automation components and automation packs for enterprise applications.
Enable and support the TCoE team in adopting TOSCA automation best practices.
Automate business-critical applications including:
TSYS
Finacle
UBO
Enterprise Web Portals
Analyze business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories to identify automation opportunities.
Create modular, maintainable, and scalable automation assets.
Execute automated regression, functional, smoke,



and integration test suites.
Maintain automation repositories and reusable libraries.
Troubleshoot automation failures and resolve scripting issues.
Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, Functional Testers, and Product Owners during the SDLC.
Participate in Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Prepare automation execution reports, dashboards, and status updates.
Track automation coverage and continuously improve automation effectiveness.
Review existing manual test cases and convert them into automated scripts.
Ensure adherence to testing standards, coding guidelines, and quality processes.
Technical Skills Required
Mandatory Skills
4–8 years of Software Testing experience.
Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in Tricentis TOSCA.
Strong understanding of Model-Based Test Automation.
Experience creating reusable TestCases, TestCase Design (TCD), TestSheets, and ExecutionLists.
Expertise in:
TOSCA Commander
Modules
TestCase Design
Recovery Scenarios
Test Configuration Parameters
API Automation using TOSCA
Database Validation
Solid knowledge of Functional Testing and Regression Testing.
Experience in End-to-End Automation Framework development.
Good understanding of Test Data Management.
Experience with defect tracking tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
Knowledge of SQL for database validation.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
