The HR Generalist will be responsible for providing comprehensive Human Resources support and services to employees and management. This role is critical in fostering a positive work environment, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and supporting the company's strategic HR initiatives.

Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances.

Facilitate conflict resolution and mediate disputes between employees whenever necessary.

Provide counsel and support to managers/supervisors on company HR policies, policy application, operations, and Human Resource needs.

Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and job specifications.

Coordinate the onboarding process, including conducting orientation sessions and facilitating new hire documentation.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment laws, labour laws, health and safety, compensation, organizational development, performance management, training, relocation, and recruitment.

Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practices.

Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.

Generate HR reports and metrics to support management decision-making.

Ensure data confidentiality and security.





Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.

Organize employee wellness programs and activities to promote a healthy and productive workforce.

Desired Candidate Profile

Must Have

Graduate in any discipline.

8-10 years of experience.

Minimum 5+ years of experience with a solid focus on HR Generalist functions.

Proven experience in handling employee grievances and HR policies.

In-depth working knowledge of HR policies, labour laws, and HR best practices.

Working experience of Payroll and HR Applications.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.

Knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Preferred

Post Graduate (HR preferred).

Analytical mindset and critical thinking.

Organized with exceptional attention to detail.
