Onboard new candidates and walk them through their FAST program plan (Essential/Pro/Elite)

Guide candidates on resume optimization, LinkedIn profile building, and job search strategy

Track candidate progress and proactively follow up to keep them engaged and on schedule

Coordinate interview scheduling and provide interview preparation support

Handle candidate queries, concerns, and escalations with professionalism

Maintain accurate candidate records and progress notes

Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure a smooth candidate experience

Support renewal and success-fee conversations as candidates progress toward placement
