We are looking for three enthusiastic marketing interns to support our B2B and B2C marketing initiatives across multiple businesses.
Content & Brand Marketing Intern
Create content for Linked In, Instagram, X, blogs and short videos.
Draft posts, scripts, carousels and campaign creatives.
Support founder branding and company communication.
Repurpose content across different platforms.
Performance & Growth Marketing Intern
Assist with Google, Meta and Linked In campaigns.
Support keyword research, audience targeting and campaign optimisation.
Review landing pages, lead forms and customer journeys.
Track campaign engagement, conversions and lead quality.
Lead Generation, Community & Proof Intern
Research prospective customers, companies and decision-makers.
Support Linked In outreach and Sales Navigator activities.
Collect customer reviews, testimonials and project information.
Engage with relevant social media accounts and communities.
Help convert completed work into case studies and proof content.

These roles consolidate the original content, performance,



lead-generation, proof and community responsibilities into three focused positions.

Shared Responsibilities

All three interns will:
Support marketing activities across Schach Engineers and its child companies.
Work on both B2B and B2C campaigns.
Coordinate with the marketing manager, sales, design and operations teams.
Maintain accurate campaign, prospect and lead information in the company CRM.
Research competitors, customers, trends and campaign ideas.
Support company events, launches, recruitment campaigns and promotional activities.
Use AI and digital tools to improve the quality and speed of execution.
Focus on generating enquiries, building credibility and improving conversions rather than only increasing followers.

Who Should Apply
Students, fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of experience.
Solid communication and basic writing skills.
Interest in digital marketing, content, advertising or lead generation.
Comfortable using social media, Canva and AI tools.
Proactive, organised and willing to learn.
Available to work full time.
