Key Responsibilities:
Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs and develop customized staffing solutions.
Source, screen, and interview candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, referrals, etc.).
Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle for permanent and contract staffing requirements.
Build and maintain robust relationships with clients and candidates.
Provide market intelligence and talent insights to clients to guide hiring decisions.
Collaborate with internal teams to meet delivery timelines and quality benchmarks.
Prepare job descriptions, shortlist candidates, coordinate interviews, and facilitate offer negotiations.
Track recruitment metrics to optimize performance and ensure client satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with staffing policies, procedures, and applicable labor laws.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment/staffing
