The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in managing IT assets across multiple geographies, with deep proficiency in ServiceNow HAM Pro and a solid foundation in core ITAM practices.Key Responsibilities:End-to-End Asset Lifecycle Management:Oversee the full lifecycle of IT assets from procurement to disposal across global offices.Ensure accurate tracking, tagging, and documentation of hardware and software assets.ServiceNow HAM Pro Expertise:Utilize ServiceNow HAM Pro to automate and streamline asset workflows.Maintain and enhance the HAM Pro configuration to support business needs.Asset Reconciliation &

• Qualifications:12+ years of experience in IT Asset Management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.Hands-on experience with ServiceNow HAM Pro is mandatory.Robust understanding of ITAM principles, including lifecycle management, reconciliation, and compliance.Experience managing IT assets in a global enterprise workplace.Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field. ITIL certification is a plus.
