Job Title: Freight Payables Analyst Job Location: Pune Shifts: US Shifts Budget: 5.5 LPA Job Summary The Freight Payables Analyst is responsible for managing and maintaining accurate freight cost data in SAP, ensuring correct freight rate setup, resolving invoice discrepancies, and supporting timely payments to freight vendors. This role works closely with logistics, procurement, and finance teams to ensure pricing accuracy and smooth freight payment operations within a global, multi-cultural setting.

Key Responsibilities - Update and maintain freight rates for vendors in SAP as per existing agreements and contracts
Analyze freight invoices that are not posted due to missing information or pricing discrepancies
Correct Shipment Cost Documents (SCDs) in SAP to ensure accurate freight cost postings
Follow up with relevant departments to validate and ensure freight price accuracy in SAP
Handle exceptions in SAP related to freight payables and shipment costs




Ensure timely and accurate payments to freight vendors
Support compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and company policies
Maintain documentation and records related to freight rate changes and corrections Required Skills - SAP S/4HANA (freight payables, shipment costs, or logistics-related modules)
MS Excel (data analysis, reconciliation, tracking)
SharePoint files for documentation and collaboration
Qualified email communication and follow-ups
Robust attention to detail and analytical mindset
Ability to work cross-functionally in a process-driven environment Work Experience - 1–2 years of experience in a multi-cultural or global business environment
Core hands-on experience working with SAP, preferably in logistics, freight payables, or supply chain finance roles
