Virax AI is an AI-powered company helping businesses grow through innovative AI solutions. We are looking for an Outbound Growth Specialist to drive outbound lead generation, build strong sales pipelines, and generate qualified business opportunities through multi-channel outreach.
Key Responsibilities
Execute outbound campaigns through Cold Email, Cold Calling, and Linked In Outreach.
Research and identify potential prospects.
Build and maintain prospect lists.
Conduct discovery calls and book qualified meetings.
Manage outbound email campaigns and follow-up sequences.
Track outreach performance and optimize campaigns for better results.
Maintain accurate records of prospects and outreach activities.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in Outbound Sales, SDR, BDR, Lead Generation, or a similar outbound role.
Prior experience in cold calling.
Experience conducting discovery calls.
Hands-on experience managing outbound email campaigns.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Experience using outbound tools such as Apollo.io, Lusha, Smartlead, Linked In Sales Navigator, Clay, Instantly, Hub Spot, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
Experience with Linked In outreach is preferred.
