Key Responsibilities
Handle complete day-to-day accounting operations.
Maintain accounts in Tally Prime .
Manage sales, purchase, payment, receipt, journal, and contra entries.
Prepare GST invoices, quotations, and billing documents.
Handle bank reconciliation and online banking transactions.
Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Prepare vouchers and ensure proper documentation of financial records.
Assist in GST-related work and maintain statutory accounting records.
Coordinate with customers and vendors for payment follow-ups and account-related queries.
Handle secondary accounting responsibilities and support overall finance operations.
Manage online marketing-related accounting entries and transaction records.
Maintain accurate records while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
Required Skills
Solid knowledge of Tally Prime (Mandatory).
Positive understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
Basic knowledge of GST and taxation.
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
Experience in billing, invoicing, and account management.
Good communication and follow-up skills.
Solid attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounting tasks.
Preferred Candidate
1–2 years of experience in accounting.
Candidate capable of handling billing along with complete accounting activities.
Knowledge of online banking and digital payment processes.
