Mission
Excellent hands-on experience in CAD (Catia V5 - Part modelling/GSD/drafting) and knowledge on Teamcenter/Vismockup.
Should have worked on Body closures (Liftgate/Tailgate/Decklid, Side Doors) development.
Take ownership in design and development process of Body closure components from concept to final design as per the design requirements within the timeline.
Responsible for design review / technical review with cross functional team on commodities.
Sound knowledge in manufacturing feasibility, packaging study and attachment feasibility.
Should be a team player and demonstrate positive customer cross functional relationships.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Self-motivated and enthusiastic with good problem-solving skills.
Solid communication & Inter-personal skills to handle Engineers, Suppliers and Customers from different regions.
Actively promote and maintain a protected, respectful and inclusive work environment.
