Role Description

Adwize.io is seeking a Head of Programmatic Partnerships for a full-time, in office position located in Gurugram. In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships, overseeing programmatic advertising initiatives, and ensuring strong collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying growth opportunities, negotiating agreements, maintaining relationships with partners, analyzing campaign performance data, and driving revenue generation strategies.



You will also work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to support the organization's business objectives.

Qualifications
Experience in business development, client relationship management, and negotiating partnerships
In-depth knowledge of programmatic advertising, ad exchanges, DSPs, SSPs, and related platforms
Proficiency in analyzing campaign performance, data-driven decision-making, and optimizing strategies
Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and programmatic media buying practices
Excellent communication, presentation, and teamwork skills
Proven ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities in competitive markets
Experience leading and managing teams in a rapid-paced, dynamic setting
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field; MBA is a plus
Previous experience in technology-driven advertising or programmatic partnerships is highly advantageous
