Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth for Monastic Media. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a passion for media and storytelling, and a proactive approach to sales and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through outreach, networking, and market research
Develop and maintain solid relationships with clients, brands, agencies, and partners
Pitch Monastic Media’s services, content offerings, and creative solutions to prospective clients
Collaborate with internal teams (creative, production, marketing) to develop customized proposals
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and partnership terms
Track leads, opportunities, and sales performance using CRM tools
Stay up to date with industry trends,



competitor activity, and market insights
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets

Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Media, or a related field (preferred)
1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships (media/advertising preferred)
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to understand creative/media products and translate them into client value
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a quick-paced environment
Experience with CRM tools and sales reporting is a plus
