Company Overview:

WebEaz Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is a growing IT and digital transformation company providing Website Development, Mobile App Development, ERP Solutions, Digital Marketing, and Software Development services. We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant with at least 6 months of experience to join our finance team and support day-to-day accounting operations.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an Accountant with a minimum of 6 months of accounting experience who possesses a solid understanding of accounting principles and financial processes. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently handling routine accounting tasks while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
Record and maintain daily financial transactions accurately.
Prepare and post journal entries, payment vouchers, and receipts.
Generate and manage invoices and ensure timely follow-up on receivables.
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
Reconcile bank statements, ledgers, and other financial records.




Maintain accurate accounting records and financial documentation.
Handle in GST filing and TDS filing calculations, documentation, and statutory compliance.
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
Prepare basic financial reports and assist in MIS reportingCoordinate with internal teams regarding billing, payments, and financial records.
Ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) – Mandatory.
Minimum 6 months of experience in accounting or finance.
Tally/Accounting course certification is mandatory.
Positive knowledge of accounting principles, journal entries, and bookkeeping.
Basic understanding of GST filing, TDS filing , and statutory compliance.
Hands-on experience with Tally ERP/Tally Prime or similar accounting software.
Proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
Positive analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
