About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Intern to join our Finance & Accounts team at our Okhla NSIC, Recent Delhi office. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 months of practical experience in accounting or finance-related work and a basic understanding of accounting principles.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build hands-on experience in accounting operations, financial documentation, and day-to-day finance activities.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with day-to-day accounting and finance activities.
Maintain and update financial records and accounting documents.
Assist in preparing invoices, bills, vouchers, and payment records.
Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
Assist with bank and ledger reconciliations.
Perform data entry and ensure accurate recording of financial transactions.
Help maintain proper documentation of expenses and financial records.
Assist the finance team with GST, TDS, and other basic compliance-related activities.
Support the preparation of reports and financial statements as required.
Coordinate with internal teams for invoices, payments, and expense-related queries.
Perform other accounting and finance-related tasks assigned by the manager.
Requirements
Minimum 2 months of relevant experience in accounting, finance, or a similar role.
Graduate or pursuing a degree in B.Com, M.Com, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
Familiarity with MS Excel and basic accounting software.
Good numerical and analytical skills.
Solid attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a team.
Fresh graduates with at least 2 months of internship or practical accounting experience may also apply.
