Accountant

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage day-to-day financial operations accurately. Experience in real estate, coworking, or property management will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records.
Prepare and record sales, purchase, payment, and receipt entries.
Generate invoices and follow up on outstanding payments.
Reconcile bank accounts, ledgers, and vendor/customer statements.
Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
Process payroll and maintain employee salary records.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and other statutory authorities.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
Support management with financial reports,



budgeting, and MIS reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), M.Com, or a related field.
2–5 years of accounting experience.
Proficiency in Tally Prime, MS Excel, and accounting software.
Good understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
Solid analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills
Experience in real estate, coworking, or property management accounting.
Knowledge of financial reporting and budgeting.
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

Work Schedule: Day Shift Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
