Document troubleshooting steps and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools to enhance service delivery.
Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster their professional growth.

Qualified & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in TOSCA Testsuite.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve complex software issues.
Experience in monitoring and maintaining business-critical applications to ensure high availability.
Ability to communicate technical information clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with software testing methodologies and automation frameworks related to application support.
Capability to work independently while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced workplace.

Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in TOSCA Testsuite.
This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
