Solid understanding of utility industry processes and SAP ISU Billing functionalities (rate categories, billing schema, invoicing, etc.).
Experience in incident management, problem management, and change management in SAP ISU environments.
Proficiency in SAP configuration, testing, and deployment procedures.
Good knowledge of integration points with other SAP ISU modules (Device Management, Customer Service, FICA).

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing ongoing support, maintenance, and enhancement for SAP ISU Billing modules, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality service delivery for our utility clients.
Key Responsibilities




Provide day-to-day support for SAP ISU Billing processes, including issue resolution, troubleshooting, and user assistance.
Monitor and manage billing cycles, ensuring timely and accurate billing execution.
Analyze and resolve incidents, service requests, and change requests related to SAP ISU Billing within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Collaborate with functional and technical teams to identify, design, and implement process improvements.
