Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager / Business Development Manager to drive business growth in the real estate and construction sector. The role involves developing relationships with builders, developers, architects, consultants, and contractors, generating enquiries, preparing techno-commercial proposals, and closing project sales.

Key Responsibilities
Generate current business prospects through direct sales efforts and relationship building.
Develop and maintain robust relationships with builders, developers, architects, consultants, and PMC firms.
Identify upcoming projects and secure opportunities at the planning and execution stages.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
Prepare and submit techno-commercial proposals and quotations.
Negotiate commercial terms and finalize orders.
Coordinate internally with design, estimation, manufacturing, and project teams for smooth execution.




Track market trends, competitor activities, and new project developments.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Preferred Candidate Profile
3 to 6 years of experience in Project Sales / B2B Sales.
Experience dealing with builders, developers, architects, consultants, or contractors.
Strong network within the real estate and construction industry preferred.
Candidates from Elevators, HVAC, Fire Fighting Systems, Building Materials, Facade Systems, Security & Automation, MEP Products, Construction Equipment, Industrial Equipment, or related project-sales industries are encouraged to apply.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
Self-motivated and capable of independently handling the complete sales cycle.
