Position Summary

IndoWings is looking for an experienced Administration & Facilities Head to oversee the complete administration, maintenance, and facility operations of the company. The selected candidate will ensure that the office, factory, warehouse, production areas, R&D; labs, and supporting infrastructure remain operational, secure, clean, and well-maintained. The role includes managing technicians, contractors, vendors, housekeeping, security personnel, and service providers while ensuring timely execution of all maintenance and administrative activities.

Key Responsibilities
Overall management of office, factory, warehouse and facility operations.
Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules.
Ensure timely resolution of civil, electrical, plumbing and carpentry issues.
Manage housekeeping, security, pantry and support staff.
Coordinate and supervise vendors, contractors and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs).
Manage office assets, furniture, fixtures and maintenance inventory.
Prepare maintenance budgets and control facility expenses.




Raise purchase requisitions and obtain quotations.
Ensure workplace safety, statutory compliance and fire safety readiness.
Maintain facility records, maintenance logs and asset registers.

Experience
8–15 years in Administration, Facilities Management or Plant Administration.
Manufacturing, engineering or defence industry experience preferred.
Experience managing industrial facilities and support teams.

Educational Qualification
Graduate in any discipline.
Diploma/Degree in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical or Facility Management preferred.
MBA/PG Diploma in Administration or Operations is an added advantage.
