Job Title: Customer Support Executive - VIP Lite (Marathi)
Location: Thane West (Wagle Estate)
Experience: Minimum 6 Months
Salary: ₹18,000-20,000 In-hand + PF

Qualification: 10th / 12th Pass

Shift: 10:00 AM-7:00 PM / 12:00 PM-9:00 PM

Working Days: 5 Days (2 Rotational Off)

About The Role

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to provide excellent customer service and assist customers over calls. The ideal candidate should possess robust communication skills in Marathi and be committed to delivering a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Support
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.
Maintain high customer satisfaction through effective communication.
Record customer interactions in the CRM system.
Follow company processes and quality standards.

Coordination & Documentation
Maintain accurate customer records and call logs.
Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.




Ensure timely follow-up on pending customer requests.
Meet service quality and productivity targets.

Desired Candidate Profile

Educational Qualification
10th or 12th Pass.

Experience
Minimum 6 months of recent experience in Customer Service.

Required Skills
Excellent communication skills in Marathi.
Customer-centric approach and good interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge and MS Office.
Ability to work in rotational shifts.
