Department: Admissions / Student Support The Admission Counsellor will guide students and parents regarding available courses, admission procedures, fee structure, scholarships and career prospects. The candidate will be responsible for handling enquiries, counselling prospective students and achieving admission targets.
Key Responsibilities
Handle walk-in, telephone, online and referral enquiries.
Counsel students and parents about suitable courses and programs.
Explain course details, eligibility, fee structure and admission process.
Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into admissions.
Maintain accurate student enquiry and admission records.
Coordinate with academic and administrative teams.
Assist students with application forms and required documents.
Participate in seminars,
school visits and promotional activities.
Achieve monthly and annual admission targets.
Provide qualified and courteous support to students and parents.
Required Skills
Excellent communication and counselling skills.
Positive convincing and interpersonal abilities.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer operations.
Ability to handle targets and follow-ups.
Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
Qualification & Experience
Graduate in any discipline.
Freshers may apply; counselling or education-sector experience will be preferred.
Proficiency in Hindi and basic English is required.
