Company Description Good to Go is looking for a Senior Account Manager to lead client relationships, drive campaign execution, and ensure exceptional service delivery. The person will act as the primary point of contact for clients, manage multiple accounts, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and play a key role in achieving client satisfaction and business growth. What you’ll work on:
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and build long-term, trusted relationships.
Oversee end-to-end execution of social media campaigns across multiple client accounts.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.
Coordinate with content, design, video, performance marketing, and influencer teams to ensure smooth execution.
Work closely with the strategy and creative teams to develop impactful campaign ideas. Delegate tasks effectively while ensuring accountability across the team.
Foster collaboration between internal stakeholders to improve workflow efficiency.
Present key insights, recommendations, and performance analysis during review meetings.




Maintain accurate documentation of client communication, project updates, and approvals. What you’ll bring:
4–6 years of experience in Account Management, Client Servicing, or Digital Marketing (agency experience preferred).
Proven experience managing multiple client accounts and FinTech brands simultaneously.
Solid understanding of social media platforms, content marketing, influencer campaigns, and digital marketing.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Solid organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple projects.
