Responsibilities
Define the biotechnology roadmap and product pipeline.
Evaluate emerging technologies and licensing prospects.
Lead research, scale-up, and commercialization programs.
Build partnerships with universities, CROs, CDMOs, and technology providers.
Guide cross-functional teams across R&D;, regulatory, manufacturing, sourcing, and business

development.




Drive intellectual property generation and global product launches.

Qualifications
Minimum 10 years of industry experience in biotechnology, biologics, cosmetic ingredients, pharmaceuticals, or life sciences.
Demonstrated expertise in one or more of the listed technology platforms.
Ph.D., M. Tech., or M. Sc. in Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, or a

related field.
Proven leadership in bringing science-led products from concept to market.
