We are looking for an experienced IBM Case Manager (ICM) Developer with 4–6 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and supporting IBM Case Manager solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in workflow development, ICM scripting, custom plug-in and widget development, and IBM File Net APIs.
Experience with Oracle Database and troubleshooting production issues is essential.
Skill Summary:
Strong experience in IBM Case Manager (ICM) solution design and development.
Experience with ICM scripting and solution customization.
Hands-on experience in workflow design and implementation.
Hands-on experience in custom plug-in and widget development.
Hands-on experience with IBM File Net Content Engine (CE),
Code Module and Process Engine (PE) Java API development.
Experience with Oracle Database, including SQL query writing and stored procedure creation.
Robust experience in debugging and resolving production issues across IBM ICM, Oracle Database, and Java/J2EE components.
Positive understanding of REST APIs and system integrations.
Experience in incident analysis, root cause analysis (RCA), and defect resolution.
Java/J2EE development experience is desirable but not mandatory.
The candidate should have valuable oral and written communication skills.
