Role Overview

We're looking for a Marketing Specialist who can independently manage and execute digital campaigns across multiple channels. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with a strong focus on performance, optimization, and results.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns (SEO, paid ads, content, social media)
Manage performance marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads
Conduct keyword research, on-page/off-page SEO, and content optimization
Analyze campaign performance and optimize for ROI, CTR, CPC, and conversions
Collaborate with designers, content writers, and developers for campaign execution
Monitor trends, competitors, and industry updates to improve strategies
Create detailed reports and present insights to internal teams or clients




Ensure timely delivery and quality control across all campaigns

Requirements
1–3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing
Robust knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics tools
Ability to independently manage campaigns and budgets
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
Good understanding of funnels, conversion optimization, and user behavior
Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ads Manager, Click Up (preferred)
Strong communication and coordination skills

Location

This is a full time, in-office role based in Krishna Nagar, East Delhi.
