Shopify Support Analyst
Extensive experience with Shopify, Shopify Plus, or similar ecommerce applications.
5+ years supporting enterprise-level engineering or commerce platforms.
Understanding of enterprise ecommerce ecosystems including ERP, PIM, Analytics, and Marketing integrations.
Experience with incident management, ticketing systems, and monitoring tools.
Thorough knowledge of APIs, integrations, and web technologies.

Shopify Support Skillset

Front-End Technologies
React.js (Remix), Hydrogen framework, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, Node.js for troubleshooting storefront issues.

APIs




Shopify Storefront API and GraphQL queries/mutations understanding.

Version Control
GitHub and source control workflows.

Shopify Platform
Shopify Plus exposure, Shopify Admin, Metafields, Metaobjects, and B2B functionality.

Troubleshooting
Ability to investigate API failures, integration issues, and data synchronization problems.
Understanding of monitoring logs, browser debugging tools, and application performance troubleshooting.
Exposure to ERP, PIM, payment gateway, and middleware integrations.
