M2M is looking for a Client Servicing Executive who can build strong client relationships, ensure seamless communication, and drive projects from brief to delivery in a fast-paced agency environment.

What We're Looking For
2 to 4 years of experience in client servicing, account management or customer success, preferably in a digital marketing agency. Freshers with valuable communication skills can also apply.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into actionable briefs for internal teams.
Robust project coordination and follow-up skills to ensure timely delivery.
Experience handling multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with digital marketing services including Performance Marketing,



Social Media, SEO, Website Development, Branding and Content Marketing.
Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Click Up, Asana, and other project management tools.
Ability to prepare meeting notes, maintain project trackers and share regular client updates.
Robust problem-solving, conflict resolution and stakeholder management skills.
A proactive hustler who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment.
Ability to coordinate effectively with strategy, design, content, performance marketing and development teams.
Receptive to feedback, eager to learn and committed to continuous growth.
