Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to support our Finance & Accounts team. The ideal candidate will assist with day-to-day accounting operations, billing, MIS reporting, inventory reconciliation, statutory compliance, and financial documentation.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare periodic MIS reports for management.
Support inventory forecasting and stock reconciliation in coordination with the Purchase and Projects teams.
Prepare client and vendor invoices and maintain billing records.
Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
Maintain books of accounts, vouchers, ledgers, and financial records.




Support internal and statutory audits by preparing the required documentation.
Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.

Qualifications
B.Com, M.Com, or equivalent qualification.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Working knowledge of Tally or similar accounting software is preferred.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Required Skills
Good understanding of accounting principles.
Solid analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to maintain accurate financial records.
Valuable communication and organizational skills.
Fluency in English and Hindi. Marathi will be an added advantage.
