Who we're looking for
8–10 years in hotel operations, with time spent leading or supporting the P&L; of a full property
Meaningful experience at a wellness-led property — spa, retreat, Ayurveda, or holistic wellness. This isn't optional; the property is being built around it
Someone who understands that a wellness hotel runs on rhythm, not just service standards
Pre-opening experience is a plus, not a must
