About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and result-driven B2B App Marketing Executive to drive the adoption and growth of our B2B ordering application among retailers, distributors, pharmacies, and business partners. The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing app downloads, onboarding recent business users, improving app engagement, and collaborating with sales teams to maximise usage and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Promote and market the company's B2B mobile application to retailers, distributors, and business partners.

Drive app downloads, registrations, and successful onboarding of new B2B customers.

Plan and execute campaigns to increase active users and app engagement.

Work closely with the sales team to encourage app-based ordering and customer adoption.

Conduct product demonstrations and educate customers on app features and advantages.

Monitor user behaviour, adoption rates, and campaign performance to improve conversions.

Coordinate with the Product and Tech teams to provide customer feedback and suggest feature enhancements.

Develop promotional materials, communication campaigns, and training content for app users.





Analyse app performance metrics, user retention, and marketing ROI.

Build strong relationships with key business customers to ensure consistent app usage.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

2–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, app marketing, customer acquisition, or digital marketing.

Experience in promoting B2B SaaS, FMCG, D2C, or distribution platforms is preferred.

Solid understanding of app acquisition, user engagement, and retention strategies.

Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to analyse marketing data and generate actionable insights.

Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Analytics, CRM tools, and marketing platforms is an advantage.

Self-motivated with the ability to achieve growth targets.

Preferred Experience

Experience working with retailer, distributor, pharmacy, or dealer networks.

Knowledge of B2B ordering applications and sales enablement platforms.

Familiarity with WhatsApp Business, CRM automation, email marketing, and customer engagement tools.
