We are looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper / Account Associate with hands-on experience in Quick Books to support our US-based clients. The ideal candidate should have strong bookkeeping knowledge, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage day-to-day accounting tasks accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate financial records using Quick Books Online.
Record daily financial transactions, journal entries, and general ledger activities.
Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.
Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
Process invoices, bills, and vendor payments.
Assist with month-end closing and preparation of financial reports.
Support payroll processing using platforms such as ADP or Gusto (preferred).
Coordinate with clients to resolve accounting queries and collect required information.
Maintain organized accounting records and supporting documentation.

Required Skills




Robust hands-on experience with Quick Books Online.
Good understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
Experience with bank reconciliations, AP, and AR.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Positive communication and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
1–3 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.
Experience supporting US-based clients will be an added advantage.
