Your Role
As an Adobe Target Developer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing personalized digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, analytics, and engineering to deliver data-driven personalization strategies that enhance user engagement and conversion.
In This Role You Will Play a Key Role In:
Developing and deploying A/B tests, multivariate tests, and personalization campaigns using Adobe Target.
Integrating Adobe Target with Adobe Experience Cloud tools such as Adobe Analytics and Adobe Audience Manager.
Collaborating with UX/UI designers and content strategists to create tailored user experiences.
Analyzing test results and providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
Ensuring Adobe Target implementations follow best practices for performance, scalability, and security.
Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to campaign delivery and tracking.
Top 5 Technical Skills:
Adobe Target – Deep expertise in setting up and managing activities, audiences, and offers.
JavaScript & HTML/CSS – Robust front-end development skills for implementing and customizing experiences.
Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) – Familiarity with Adobe Analytics, Audience Manager, and Launch.
Tag Management Systems – Experience with Adobe Launch or other tag managers for deploying Target.
Data Analysis & Reporting – Ability to interpret test results using Adobe Analytics or other BI tools.
